I have just returned from this Hotel with my daughter. It was her first time in Dubai. I had previously stayed at the Hotel and it was 4 years since I was last in Dubai although not at this Hotel. Since my previous stay the Hotel been extended and improved. Everything about the Hotel is quality and service. We had a room on the 5th floor in the middle with a superb view. The room was stocked with tea and coffee and everything else you might expect from a five star Hotel. The staff cannot do enough for you to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The Hotel is on the beach which is kept spotlessly clean each day. During our 4 day stay there was absolutely nothing that we could find fault with. There is building work going on but if you go to Dubai you know that. It did not offend us in any way and did not bother us. There is a little noise but if you are on the beach you can hardly hear it. This Hotel is perfect for just about everyone, singles, families and couples.

It was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms are huge, excellent service. Every night when we went back to the room from the day on the beach, there was a little surprise waiting for us in the room. One day it was cake, the next it was little sandwiches. The hotel staff cannot do enough for you. Went in the Spa every afternoon, felt like royalty. The food - we ate in the buffet restaurant every night and it was the best buffet food I have ever tasted. Lobster, Shrimps and king prawns were some of the examples. Truly exceptional quality food. Perfect location on the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Went to the Buddha Bar for drinks every night. This is a restaurant and bar about 5 minutes from the hotel. Where all the film stars go. Beware though..drinks very expensive. About £10 for a glass of wine.

A word of warning though - females, do not get in taxi's alone. Unfortunately I had a bad experience, but so long as you never get in a taxi on your own then you will have a fantastic time in Dubai.

The hotel is excellent the staff are very courtious and can not do enough for you.We arrived and had booked a club sea view room but we were upgraded to a tower suite which was a nice surprise,and very benifical,as you receive free internet access and having a 19 & 21 year olds was great so they could keep in touch with there girlfriends. We also got half board instead of the bed & breakfast on original tariff , and had the option to have a free bottle of wine in the room or use of the club lounge were you receive free drink's from 7pm to 8.30pm,the choice is your's. The room's are very spacey and the bathrooms spilt in two. It is very clean. Outside there are plenty of sun bed's and the ground's are kept very tidy. The beach is very nice but we got bit with the sand fly's ?. There is alot building work going on but you don't hear a thing,only trouble is you can not walk from hotel and need to take taxi's,which are very cheap,the one's used by the hotel or hotel car's are slightly dearer. The food is excellent. If you have any problem's the management get it sorted out, surprising how they all know if you have had a problem and are genuinely concerned that you happy with the out come. Will return to this hotel in the near future.

We have just returned from this fabulous hotel, and what can I say, from start to finish it was top class. As a previous reviewer wrote, it is the service, efficiency, professionalism and attitude of the staff at this hotel that makes it.
We too were upgraded for no reason at all, and it was wonderful. If I was going back I would book a club suite as the extras are worth it - complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and pre dinner drinks with canapes.
The pool areas have everything you could desire, the beach is gorgeous and the dining choices endless. The airport transfers and mall shuttle service faultness. I could just go on and on! Without doubt this was one of the best hotels I have stayed in on a long time, and I can't wait to go back. Do not hesitate to stay here, you won't regret it!
