“Good value for money” |

My and my boyfriend stayed here for one week unsure what to expect of the UAE and RAK in general. The hotel was good including all inclusive option. If you didn't get the all inclusive option I am not sure where you would eat. There is not much around the hotel except for construction and desert. The Manor Mall is is walking distance. It's really good the hotel offers free shuttle to beach resort, Dubai and local market shopping.
The only problem we had was trying to find out information regarding local RAK sites (i.e. Hot Springs Spa) as no one seemed to know anything about it and we would get different answers from everyone we asked. Taxis are very cheap and we would recommend taking a taxi to Hot Springs and have him wait for you while you are inside as it is in the middle of nowhere and very difficult to get a cab back. After that experience we didn't try other outings but would recommend doing your research before you go.
Overall, really nice stay and if you are looking for relaxing, no hassle or adventure stay, we would recommend |

“Loved the Hotel - Excellent” |

Just returned from a fabulous 8 days at the RAK Hilton. Fromt he moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty and the staff could not do enough to help. The hotel is quite a journey from the airport but once there everything is taken care of, The hotel has a good variety of bars and restaurants although, as mentioned in other reviews, the pool is in need of a little TLC. The beach club is fabulous and great food - never too busy and the service is tip top.
We took a driver to Dubai named Shiva booked at the agency in the hotel for 700 AED and he took us to all of the places of interest - well worth the cost.
I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and am planning to return in March next year. |

“Great holiday” |

Booked 7 nights on an all inclusive basis through Value Added Holidays. The holiday was great. The hotel is a bit 70's style but very clean and the service is excellent. I would recommend all inclusive as there is not much else in this area. The buffet food was good, my only reserve would be that most of the buffet is spicy food and there is little to offer those who prefer plain food.
Beach area is lovely and accessed through a complementary shuttle bus service, which runs every hour. I would recommend Hoof and Fin restaurant for a change from the buffet. We tried booking Burg Al Arab for afternoon tea but unfortunately the trip was fully booked way in advance so if looking to do this trip might be worth booking in advance of holiday. We booked a taxi to take us to Dubai city which was well worth it. All in all an excellent holiday, with excellent service.

Just returned from a week in the HRAK with my wife and infant son (21 months).
The rooms are spacious and very clean. The food is varied and very good quality (not your usual resort pizza and chips) and is up to the usual Hilton standards. We stayed Half Board which meant a hearty breakfast every morning and then an evening meal in a buffet restaurant. We didn't scrimp at all on soft drinks throughout the day, a couple of beers in the evenings, and bought a lunch at the beach bar - all in all, about £400 extra bill - great value for money.
The beach is excellent (soft white sand and bath water temperature sea) and well maintained. The pools are varied and clean. Our infant son thoroughly enjoyed the choice of kiddies pools with life guards on duty most of the day
The weather was fantastic. Approx 45 degrees every day with not a cloud in sightThe overriding factor for us was the exceptional friendliness of the staff. They made an extra special effort to accommodate my son and were very friendly all of the time.
All in all, a superb holiday.

“Amazing holiday, perfect for young children” |

We have just returned from ten blissful days at the Hilton Beach Resort and Spa in Ras Al Khaimah and I cannot praise the resort enough.
The rooms were large and stylish with a large bath, walk in shower, his and hers washbasins and complimentary Crabtree & Evelyn cosmetics. We were upgraded to a junior suite overlooking the beach and the view was amazing.
The food at the hotel was 5 star, cooked to perfection with fresh ingredients.
The resort has 5 pools, our three year old loved the pool with the slide and our 18 month loved the big "paddling" pool set off from the beach. One word of warning - take plenty of child's swim nappies with you as you can't buy any out there, even in Mothercare and Carrefour.
